Advance provide a number of fact sheets to help resolve simple concerns at work so our members have the right information in order to resolve many common concerns. They are there to compliment services provided by your employer such as wearesantander.co.uk and the Geoban Sharepoint site which contains people related company polices and processes which Advance have been consulted on.
When you have the right information you will feel more confident about dealing with a situation, but please remember that Advance do provide specific support in the following ways:
- Members who are registered with our website can submit an Advice request form. Advance normally respond to these within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) and can respond by email or telephone. If we can't answer straight away we'll let you know who is dealing with it and how long a response may take.
- Members can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Don't forget to include your E number along with your telephone contact details so we can call you.
- You can call us on 01442 891122. We are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm, with an emergency out of hours service available as well
