I have been a union member since I started at Abbey, before it became Santander, and in all that time I have never needed to call Advance untill very recently, when I had an issue with my manager treating me unfairly. I called the Advance office and they were so helpful and gave me some really good advice. I was able to sort out my issues informally and very quickly indeed. I'm so glad that I kept my membership going all those years because when i needed help Advance were right there.
