Advance is the recognised Union for Santander UK and, as such, we are in the best position to be able to represent your needs to the business. We meet with each business area regularly throughout the year, in order to have your concerns put directly to senior management.
The more members we have, the more representative we are of the whole network. Through our Partnership Agreement with Santander UK we pursue our aim of improving the employee proposition.
