Returning back to work - Branch and Contact Centres 8 Jul 2020

You may be aware that managers in Branch Interactions (formerly Retail) and Customer Interactions Contact Centres (CICC) have received a communication from Adam Bishop and Colin Webb respectively, advising them of the need to carry out one-to-one discussions over the phone with people who are currently not able to work, including those who are vulnerable, shielded, shielding their family members and managing childcare issues.
