Talking about how we’re feeling can seem like a daunting task, but it can help to lighten our mood when we’re feeling troubled about things. And feeling down, experiencing stress or having sleepless nights is not uncommon. In fact, 1 in 4 of us experience a mental health problem in any given year, so it’s always helpful to know about the support available for you and your family.
