One of the takeaways from our members’ survey was that members do not know who their Rep is, which is why headshots are so important for our website and other communications. So please send me your headshot ASAP.

We are also introducing new posters for Santander sites – Meet your Union rep (s). If your site has an Advance noticeboard, or a board you are allowed to use, please let me know. If you cover multiple sites, again, let me know and I can produce a poster specific to your place of work.
