Bank Workers Charity - supporting the financial industry for 150 years
Struggling with rising costs? You’re not alone
We know that for many people, the rising cost of living has made it harder to stay on top of everyday expenses. If you’re feeling the pinch, you’re not the only one – and there’s no shame in asking for help.
The Santander Support Fund is here for just that reason. It offers financial support to Santander employees – past and present – and their families, to help ease the strain during difficult times.
Grants from the fund are administered by Bank Workers Charity – a confidential, independent charity supporting the wellbeing of the banking community. No one at Santander will know you’ve applied unless you choose to tell them. You can check the grant eligibility criteria here.
You may also be able to access other forms of wellbeing support through Bank Workers Charity – from mental health services, to help with caring responsibilities, or advice on benefits you may be entitled to.
