Advance Union is delighted to announce that we will be bringing our presence to Unity Place this summer, creating new opportunities for colleagues to connect with us, learn more about what we do, and speak directly with the people who represent them.

As part of this launch, we will be hosting our first Meet & Greet event with the Advance Leadership Team on 5 and 6 May. This will be a chance for members and non‑members alike to drop in, say hello, ask questions, and hear more about how Advance supports colleagues across the business.

Following this initial event, we will be visiting Unity Place on a bi‑monthly basis, ensuring regular, accessible opportunities for colleagues to engage with us in person.

Our Advance Union Representatives based at Unity Place will play a key role throughout this work. They will be actively involved in each visit and event, helping to welcome colleagues, build relationships, and ensure both members and non‑members feel supported and informed. Their local insight and presence will be central to strengthening our connection with colleagues on site.

We’re thrilled to be starting this new chapter at Unity Place and can’t wait to meet colleagues from across the site, members and non‑members alike. We are equally keen to engage with senior leaders across the bank and hear their perspectives as we establish our presence. We will also be delivering a presentation for Senior Leaders (S3–S5) on 6 May.
