All change at Advance.
We have undergone a slight reshuffle within the team at HQ, which will make us more dynamic as a union, with colleagues moving into areas better suited to their skill set. The biggest addition is two secondees from the bank, Richard Ackroyd and Ross McFarlane, who join us as Senior Caseworkers as well as doing recruitment events around the country. Long-standing colleague Gerry Moloney moves into a front-line membership services role, where his expertise in employment law and Santander policy will be invaluable to members.
