Santander needs accurate information to support you in your day‑to‑day role, during emergencies, and in key situations that affect your employment.  You can update this information on their HR system WorkDay.

If something happens at work—such as a medical issue or an accident—Santander must be able to reach your next‑of‑kin or emergency contact quickly.
Example:
If your emergency contact has changed number, Santander may struggle to reach the right person during a critical moment, causing stress and delays.

If Santander can’t reach you via your correct phone number or email, you could miss vital updates.Examples:

  • A change to payroll that requires your confirmation
  • If you were off sick or on Maternity leave pay slips
