The response for headshots has been disappointing, so this is a reminder to send in your headshots to Graham (comms@advance-union.org) so we can include them on the reps area of the website. Face on, in Advance/bank uniform, taken indoors with decent light.

Being a rep is about being visible to members and was one of the takeaways from a members’ webinar – I don’t know who my rep is. By having headshots, it helps members identify you as a union rep. This helps members know their rep but also brings a personable touch to our website when potential new members visit it to find out more about the union.

We know everyone is busy but if you can send us a photo as soon as possible – and at least by the time we send out the next update in December.  We know you are all committed to doing a great job for your members but we know you will all understand why this tiny step is equally as important to the success of the Union.
