We had a successful trip to Bradford, meeting our fantastic reps and our members. We listened to your concerns and had plenty of actions to take away. Saiqa Manzoor, Advances’ new Recruitment and Retention Officer, who officially starts her new role on 1st January, was also present to talk to members.

Our next Roadshow is set for 18th-20th November at Redhill, where Jim Leonard and Graham Hutchins will be meeting with members.
City Quays welcomes Advance
Two great days were spent in Belfast, meeting with members at City Quays and the Santander branch on Royal Avenue, in the heart of Belfast. It was great to spend time meeting and talking to members to get vital feedback on union membership and what more we can do and we managed to sign up some more members. Big thanks to the fab reps and our President Sinead Purse, for accommodating us and looking after us so well.
We look forward to coming back to Belfast in 2026!
