As part of this commitment, we hold a weekly training and updates meeting every Tuesday, ensuring our team stays informed, empowered, and equipped to support our members effectively. These sessions are a vital part of our professional development strategy, helping us maintain high standards and adapt to the evolving needs of our community.

To accommodate this dedicated training time, our office hours are slightly adjusted on Tuesdays. We are open:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 9am – 5pm
• Tuesday: 10am – 5pm
