New web chat feature on the Advance website
We are delighted to announce that the Advance website now offers an online chat function. This is not an AI bot, but an actual live chat with one of the team. We understand that it’s not always easy to email or call in, so when you visit the Advance website, you can be assured that a member of the team will chat with you in complete confidence.
The chat function is open during office hours (9am-5pm). If we are offline, please still send a message and we will respond as soon as possible.
