Update on Rep training
Advance is committed to ensuring our workplace representatives have the knowledge and confidence to support members effectively. That’s why we’re excited to announce that training for all workplace reps will be available online in early February.
This year, we’ve listened to your feedback and are working hard to make the training more interactive, practical, and engaging. Our goal is to create an experience that not only informs but empowers you in your role. We’re currently finalising some technical details to make sure the process is smooth and accessible for everyone.
Why This Training Matters
Workplace reps are the backbone of our union. You’re the first point of contact for members, and your role is vital in promoting fairness, equality, and support in the workplace. This training will cover essential skills, updates on union policies, and practical guidance to help you handle real-world challenges confidently.
