Advance has successfully negotiated Pay arrangements with the Bank for 2024, following intensive talks led by the Advance negotiating team.

Advance representatives actively sought feedback from our members and collectively agreed that our priority was that all our members should receive a meaningful pay award. We have delivered on this – which is of particular importance given the ongoing  “Cost of Living” crisis.

Advance wanted to ensure that those in all grades received a payment , and we have delivered on this too..

Advance believes this is the best pay award we have been able to negotiate against a background of a turbulent economic climate.
