Advance Union - Application form

Advance Union operate two membership types for new members (and one for those leaving the union and who are retired or not in employment).
 
Ordinary member - Santander Group employees must chose this option and it provides full support. This is collectively and individual support along with access to all our benefits, legal support as set out in our rules and of course representation if you need it. As an ordinary member you are also part of our democratic structure.
 
Assosociate member - This is aimed at those who work elsewhere and this proivdes access to our benefits, and a limited representation service that is remote based and based on employment law only.  Santander staff cannot apply for this type of membership. We always recommend you join a union if there is one in your new workplace - but where there isn't one you can  join Advance Union.
