Keeping us up to date with your details

It helps Advance to stay in touch and help ensure we can send relevant communication when needed if you could log into our website and update us.

We know everyone is busy, but why not take just two minutes to check if we hold all the correct details for you, such as your email, telephone and postal address? Maybe you have changed your work location, branch, role, or function. Logging into our website can update this in less than a minute.

You can also help us to help all our members and the broader trade union movement by updating your equality monitoring information. All this is voluntary information, but it can help us make a difference by having evidence that allows us to lobby for change. This is held in the strictest confidence.

To do this, you must log in from the top of your web browser on a PC. It would help if you also had your username (usually your E number) and password.   You can also use your email address as your username.

Don’t worry if you don’t know your password. You can easily reset it by logging in and resetting the password.    The email address will be the one we send our communications to. If you don’t receive emails, contact us here.
