Meeting between Advance and CICC
Workplace representatives from Customer Interactions Contact Centres and union leaders are due to meet with Senior Management and HR on 30 Jan 24
Workplace representatives and senior union leaders will meet with Senior Management from CICC on 20 June 2023.
Outcomes and records of meetings will be shared in the member’s area after they are published.
