Branch Closures – Redundancy/Role Swap

Form 1  –  For colleagues whose branch is closing.

Form 2 – For colleagues who would look to take redundancy and swap their current position with a colleague whose branch is closing.

Form 1 - Redundancy Swap register

If you are affected by the announcement of branch closures, please fill in the form below and the Advance team will try and match a swap with other members who are looking to leave the bank. Advance will facilitate introductions based on the information provided by both parties. For colleagues not affected but would consider taking redundancy please scroll down and fill in Form 2.

Form 2 - Role Swap

For members that work in branches that are not impacted, there may be an opportunity to agree a redundancy swap with an impacted colleague. The normal rules will apply to members looking to agree a swap. We would ask that if you are interested in a redundancy swap to fill in the form by no later than the 4th of March.
