If you’re still employed by Santander or an associated company, remaining an Ordinary Member gives you the highest level of protection and support we offer, including:

• Legal support, workplace advocacy, and ongoing case management

✅ Option 1: Associate Membership – £6.70 per month

Ideal if you’re moving to a new employer

If you’ve taken a role outside Santander but still want professional employment advice, this membership gives you:

• Ongoing employment rights advice for your new job
• Remote representation if you ever need it
• Legal support in line with Ordinary Members
• Continued access to the union’s core resources and services

It’s a simple, low‑cost way to keep expert guidance at your side as you take your next step.

✅ Option 2: Unemployed / Between Roles/Retired Membership – £2.00 per month

Perfect for anyone between jobs, self‑employed, or retired

This reduced‑rate membership allows you to stay connected and protected while your circumstances settle. You’ll still receive:

• Access to all membership benefits
• Ongoing advice and tailored support
• A low‑cost way to maintain your union membership and receive updated and communications.
