Santander Workers Petition – Advance Union & CWU

Advance is working in conjunction with the CWU to petition Santander to ‘Invest in the Best’ by:

• Stopping the further outsourcing of jobs to external providers

• Keeping jobs in the UK with long-term, rewarding career opportunities

• Harnessing the use of new technology to enhance workers’ jobs, not just replace them

We believe the company’s greatest asset is its dedicated and skilled workforce, and we urge the company to acknowledge this by agreeing with these principles and meeting with its employees’ trade union representatives to discuss implementing them.
