Office attendance survey

The way we work has changed significantly in recent years, with many colleagues now balancing office-based and remote working as part of their working lives.

At Advance Union, we want to understand how our members feel about current working arrangements and what works well — and what could be improved.

We’re asking members to take part in this short survey to share your experiences and views on office working, remote working and hybrid working. Your feedback will help us understand the impact different working arrangements have on you, your work and your work-life balance.

We’re particularly interested in hearing about what you value most, any challenges you experience and what you believe a fair and effective approach to workplace attendance should look like.
