Advance Union Announces Membership-Wide Ballot on 2025 Pay Deal

Advance Union (AU) is pleased to announce that a membership-wide ballot will be held regarding the 2025 Pay Deal. This ballot will empower members with the final decision on whether to accept the negotiated pay increases. This initiative reflects AU’s commitment to transparency, member engagement, and its core values of enhancing the lives of its members.

AU’s dedicated negotiating team is committed to securing a Pay Deal that can be confidently recommended to the membership. Members will have the opportunity to vote on this deal in January 2025. This democratic process aligns with AU’s broader strategy of fostering greater member participation and ownership in union affairs.

Eligibility and Participation

To be eligible to vote in the ballot, all members must have their membership confirmed by December 10th, 2024. Current members are strongly encouraged to actively recruit new colleagues to ensure their voices are also included in this critical decision.
