Ordinary Membership - for anyone working in a Santander company where we have full representation, negotiation and have detailed knowledge of both policy and process
Associate Member - for those in a company we are trying to grow recognition in, but would not have knowledge of policy and process but will have that of general employment law. Do not select the wrong membership as this can invalidate the service you have.
