We will cover the varied roles and accountabilities of different representatives, helping to ensure that all members are represented fairly and effectively in the workplace”.

- Develop the skills to foster productive partnerships with Santander Managers at all levels.
- Recognise the diverse roles within the union and how they interconnect.
- Learn effective communication strategies to advocate for members’ interests.
